Category : this is the criterion which designates the kind of product (fashion jewellery, premium jewellery, hair accessories, sales aid). Range : this is the criterion which designates specific products lines : licences (Smiley ….), brand (Rue de la Perle ...)
What are the Targets?
This is the criterion which designates the product defined by sex and/or age group: women, men, kids, teens
What are the Universes?
This is the criterion which indicates the products by consumer’s profile. This is the reference to its style references and/or its mind spirit. Example “Metrosexual”: type of product for modern man who takes care of his appearance; in particular products in steel, leather or cable.
What are the Trends?
This is the criterion which designates products by the fashion trends: they are any kind of products, whatever their category or the target consumer, which have both a style linked to a fashion tendency. Example “Bling bling”: fashion jewellery in shining metal, with an important size, rather showy.
What are the Themes?
This is the criterion which indicates the products by common themes, which could be a shape (cross, heart ...) a symbol (cultural, monument, astrology ...) or a situation (weddings ....).
Your items do they contain any nickel?
No. Our products are nickel free, in respect of the French law dated 18th of July 2000 about the ban on selling some items which contain nickel and which can be in contact with the skin.

Do I have the right to access and correct information about me?
Yes, according to the French law « Informatique et Libertés » dated 8th of January 1978 our Website has been declared to the CNIL (French organisation for respect of private life) under the number 1279267.
When is my registration validated?
As soon as your information is completed, you receive a first email for confirming we have received your request. Within 24 hours you will receive a second email confirming your access to all our collection.
Can I change my account information at any time?

I have placed my order, how can I know if it’s validated?
You will receive immediately the confirmation of your order by email.

Could I ask for a permanent or punctual address for delivery different than the invoicing address?
Yes, you specify the delivery address at the end of the order, in the frame « specific instructions or comments ».
Can I ask for a punctual address different from the one registered in my customer profile?
Yes, you can give us a specific delivery address at the end of your order in the frame « specific instructions or comments ».
How long will it take me to be delivered?
The shipment is made in the 3 working days following the reception of your payment.
When am I informed for the amount of the freight charges?
We take a print of your credit card: as soon as the order is ready, you will be debited of the exact amount (order and shipment charges).
What if the delivery is delayed because of you?
At simple request of your part, we proceed to the partial or complete cancellation of your order.
An article doesn’t suit me: could I change it or ask for its reimbursement?
We can either change it, or make you a credit note. You have to return us the article, or all of the articles of concerning reference.
An article doesn’t correspond with my order, what do I have to do?
Inform us by phone, and return us the article, or all of the articles of designated reference (shipment expenses at your charge).
An article mentioned on the invoice is missing, what do I have to do?
Contact us by phone. After our services have checked, we will establish a credit note.
An article is faulty, what do I have to do?
Inform us by phone, and return us all the articles for the mentioned reference (shipment expense at your charge).
MY PAYMENT
Is the payment secured?
The address of your credit card is encrypted thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The payment is made directly to our bank CREDIT DU NORD in a secured environment.
At what moment do I have to pay, and when shall I be debited?
At the same time as the order (all ways of payment).
What do I have to do if the amount debited on my account doesn’t match the amount of my online payment?
Contact us, and we will proceed to the reimbursement of the unduly received payment.
